Refined strengthens regulatory and operations team

Refined has expanded its team with two key hires supporting the transition toward clinical deployment.

Sandra Lux has joined as Quality and Regulatory Manager, bringing more than 25 years of experience from Olympus and Evident. She is establishing the company’s Quality Management System according to ISO 13485 and leading the regulatory pathway for Refined’s clinical imaging system, with certification targeted for the end of 2026.

Maximilian Dömer joins from Miltenyi Biotec, where he worked as a Global Service Support Engineer. At Refined, he is building the service and operational processes required to support the deployment and maintenance of clinical systems.

These additions strengthen the company’s capabilities as it prepares to bring its diagnostic imaging technology into clinical use.
